School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), Russell Square
Works to this fine grade 2* listed building included the creation of new offices, lecture rooms and service facilities for University use. Existing internal timber columns were removed and existing timber beams were strengthening while original and unique 1810 ceilings and other conservation details were restored.
New French School
Alteration, extension and refurbishment of an existing Grade 2 listed building to create a new French Lycee School. The works include replacement of the roof and windows (or major overhaul of existing structures)

Two new SOAS halls of residence at the University of London Vernon Square Campus for Unite. This Design and Build project comprised of 10 floors of self contained student apartments including specially designed wheelchair accessible apartments at ground floor level.
