CIRC is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Founded in 1868 the RICS is the world’s leading professional body for setting standards in the surveying industry.

CIRC is a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB). The CIOB was founded in 1834 and is the world’s largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership. It has a Royal Charter to promote the science and practice of building and construction for the benefit of society.
