New FRENCH SCHOOL
Alteration, extension and refurbishment of an existing Grade 2 listed building to create a new French Lycee School. The works include replacement of the roof and windows (or major overhaul of existing). Also included is a new three storey enclosed stair tower, new ground floor canteen extension, new internal lift and stair core and other internal structural alternations. A complete fit out including all finishes, fittings and services will also be completed.
