The Spa fitout works to create what will be seen as possibly the best day spa in the world. This site is situated on the north side of Whitehall Place and is part of the redevelopment of the Old Metropole Hotel.

A new flagship London hostel for the Youth Hostel Association. Originally the University of Westminster Student Union offices. Hotel includes 250 beds and a new bar on the ground floor. The project included the removal and replacement of the existing façade and the installation of a new lift.
London Hilton Park Lane
Working within a live hotel environment; refurbishment of ballroom and bar areas as well as the creation of a leisure complex including gym, hot tub, sauna, wet areas and changing and reception/ hospitality facilities. Working for minimal disruption to the working hotel environment. The key passes were brought to completion within a 24 week timeframe.
